Results: I lost 22 lbs, raced at 162 lbs, though still "Athena".
Completed the Iron-distance in 15 hrs, 35 minutes.The Athena Project 2011-12:
January 9th - Win Biggest Losercontest at Easy Fitness UPDATE - came in 3rd. $60. 8 lb loss.
June 2nd - Half-Ironman in Kona, HI
