Lists, lists and more lists.
I think instead of focusing on my anxiety, I’ve just become a list-making machine. First I made lists of each component of my day and what I’d need (A).
And then, after THOSE lists were made, I re-organized those lists into one giant packing list (B) and included shopping and food/nutrition lists (B).
All the shopping is done, the laundry is humming, and I’m slowly ticking off the master packing list.
Did I forget anything???????
